Our partners are an important element in our sales strategy. Our partners provide eCBK subscribers with limited or full implementation services, support, and knowledge regarding our product. If you recognise any small or medium business that potentially benefits from eCBK ERP cloud solution, we’d like to hear from you!

For every new subscriber you bring to the eCBK growing business community, you get a commission ranging from 30% to 20% over two years for continuing active subscribers. Also, there is a possibility of winning an additional incentive of 5% of yearly accumulated commission total once you achieve the annual target is 600 subscribers per year. (Learn More)

Referral Scheme

Provide Technical Training
Required. INToo Solutions will provide technical training in various formats, such as online courses via Skype or in-person sessions conducted at our office in Vancouver or partner location. Sales enablement content can include white papers, sales scripts, competitor comparisons and presentations to prepare our partner's sales teams for customer engagements.
Subscription Types under the partnership program
  • Six-month subscription plans for standard, professional or enterprise.
  • Yearly subscription plans for standard, professional or enterprise.
Commissions Payment Distribution
The commission will continue to be paid for active subscribers only up to two-year span with the following distribution:
  • for active first year subscribers: 30% of Subscription Revenue.
  • for active second year subscribers: 20% of Subscription Revenue.
Sales Performance Incentive
As an incentive of a further 5% will be paid on top of the accumulated commission total of that year for any partner reaches by the end of the year, a target of 600 subscribers. The incentive payment will be made on the year anniversary of joining the partnership program.
Minimum Sales Level
Minimum sales level is sixty subscribers per year. If the partner fails to meet the subscription target per year, INToo Solutions has the right to terminate the contract, and the partner will lose the right to future revenue for referred active subscribers. The minimum guarantee could be reviewed after the conclusion of the first year.
Settlement Terms
Whatever accumulated commission total will be paid at the end of each month if any.
Payment Method
  • Direct Wire Transfer (SWIFT).
  • Direct Credit Card Processing.

Partnership Guidelines

  • Partner’s Role
    • Conduct sales activities for potential subscribers; provide training and customer support to referred subscribers.
    • Conduct local marketing efforts including, but not limited to, PPC advertisement, Online advertisement, networking, etc.
  • INToo Solutions Role
    • Operate, upgrade, and maintain the eCBK system.
    • Provide marketing and sales guidelines.
    • Grant use of INToo Solutions logo and name for marketing purposes only.
